Our kinder friends have been busy authors! 🐾 They’re creating their very own “Leopard Book” — a special keepsake filled with all the writing they’ve done this year. From first sentences to confident storytellers… what a journey!

♥️ Traditions matter! 🐾 Today our Council carried on their annual tradition of reading The Leopard Way to our kindergarteners, presenting each student with a Leopard keychain, and teaching them about the “Double L’s.” A small keepsake with a BIG reminder of what it means to lead the Leopard Way!

Cheep cheap Cheep: Our 1st-grade scientists are busy collecting data! They are observing baby chicks to learn about animal characteristics and life cycles. It’s a great example of science coming to life....truly! 1st grade would love to share their observations with you!

Join us for the Lovejoy Shoe Drive from April 20–25 and help make a difference for our planet and community. We’re collecting gently used shoes—just drop them off at any Lovejoy campus. Clean out your closet, reduce waste, and give back—all at once!

We’re making connections in math! 🔗 Today students worked side-by-side adding groups and showing their thinking with number bonds, pictures, and number sentences. Turning math talk into math success! 🗣️✔️

At Puster, leadership is more than a word—it’s an experience! Today, our counselor, Mrs. Delarosa, launched our K–4 Leadership Escape Room program. From reading clues to working as a team, our young leaders are learning to collaborate, communicate, and crack codes together. Thank you, Mrs. Delarosa, for helping us unlock the love of learning—one breakout at a time! 🔑✨

We are excited to welcome a school-wide assembly called NED's Resiliency Ride on Tuesday, April 28th. The assembly is filled with storytelling, humor, illusions and amazing yo-yo tricks where our kids learn the hidden message in NED's name:

Never give up
Encourage others
Do your best

Do your students want to learn how to yo-yo? A yo-yo is both a learning tool and a tangible reminder of NED's message. While learning, children will make mistakes, try again and improve. Students can purchase their very own yo-yo in the front atrium April 22-28th, cash only using this order form:

April is National Poetry Month! Our 4th graders entered the Mockingbird Poetry Society Collin County Poetry Contest — open to students across the county — and we just got the exciting news… ✨Puster had 3 of the 4 winners this year! ✨ Woohoo!!! Let's give these kiddos a shoutout!

Kindergarten had a blooming good time at the arboretum today—exploring nature, spotting critters, and soaking up all the springtime wonders. 🌼🦋
